Ray Lewis and my worst fears

Thanks ESPN for making my worst fears come true. Yes I understand that Ray Lewis has had a great football career. I am an NFL junkie. I was aware he was one of the best linebackers when they were the Browns. I’m not trying to brag. Many people knew as well.

What I’m saying here is that he has

#1. gotten one of the most unbelievable free passes for being involved in a double murder.

B. Is right behind Kim Kardashian in the overexposure department.

I would rather he and his cronies stab and murder me than listen to him preach at me every Sunday. UUUUGGGHHH.

Please make this stop

Crazy dunk. (Real Life Hello)

This is just retarded. I’m not even sure this is real yet. His head is basically above the rim, and then he somehow shoots higher. I’m pretty sure that’s not how physics work.

So now where will this kid go play one year of college basketball?

A sophomore at an Arkansas high school hit the viral video goldmine after his dunk video was posted on YouTube. Wow.

Victor Dukes threw down a vicious one-hander during a matchup between Dukes’ Nettleton High School and Manila High at the NEA Tournament.

As the broadcaster describes in the video, “Victor Dukes just brought down the Convocation Center, and he just injured a player with a dunk.”

Nettleton won the game 41-37.

Really Gatorade? 40 years of sports hydration science? You mean putting sugar and salt in water for 40 years. You’re welcome for the new slogan.

So Peyton Manning is just making Drew Brees his little bitch right now. I think it’s time to evaluate the ceiling for this Broncos team. Is Peyton Manning back? His stats would certainly suggest that he is. The Broncos have become a darkhorse team in the AFC right now. You’re going to tell me Peyton Manning doesn’t have enough weapons to beat anybody if he keeps betting better and stronger?

NBA Draft

Recently David Stern became a sniveling crybaby when Jim Rome asked him if the lottery for the 2012 NBA draft was fixed.  The conversation has been well documented and discussed.  The funniest thing to me is the failing of everybody to mention how obviously the 1985 draft was rigged for the Knicks to get Patrick Ewing.

This simply could not be more obvious.  The man putting the envelopes in the bubble slams the fourth one against the side of the bubble before dropping it in.  Stern lets out a yuuuge “don’t eff this up” sigh.  He flips over a handful of envelopes to get to the bent cornered one and boom!  Case closed.
